The Eswatini Sugar Association (ESA) is committed to the implementation and continual improvement of its Quality Management System as a useful instrument for enhancing operational efficiencies. This commitment underlies ESA’s fundamental quality policy which is to meet consistently the requirements and expectations of its customers as well as other stakeholders.
The adopted Quality Management System comprises documented policies, flow charted processes, elaborated work instructions and associated quality records. It meets the requirements of the International Management Standard ISO 9001:2008
